They include a Tarteel recitation session that begins at 2:30 PM every day.

It is followed by interpretation of the verses by Hojat-ol-Islam Hajabolqassem, whose main subject is the Islamic Ummah.

The program is broadcast by several TV and radio channels, including the IRIB’s Channel 3.

Quranic circles that include Quran recitation, Tarteel, interpretation, speeches on Quranic concepts and religious signing, are held from 4 to 5 PM every day.

Another Tarteel recitation program is organized daily for teenagers after the Fajr prayer.

There is also a Tarteel recitation program for women that begins at 11 AM every day.

Ramadan is the ninth month in the Islamic calendar. It is a period of prayer, fasting, charity giving and self–accountability for Muslims around the world.

During Ramadan, Muslims fast (abstain from foods and drinks) from sunrise to sunset.

They also devote a considerable amount of time during this month to reading and contemplating the Quran.
